Shipping policy

By placing your order you agree to the following terms & conditions.

If you select the options that include insurance you are covered for any items than may be lost or damaged through shipping.  If you do not choose to include insurance and items are damaged in the post, there will be no refunds or replacements on any items purchased.

Shipping for standard posts: 3 - 8 days.

  • Collection (No Shipping Cost) - collection from Strathpine Studio

  • Regular Shipping (no insurance) $10.00 - via Australia Post  

  • Regular Shipping with INSURANCE $12.95 - via Australia Post AND/OR Couriers Please (covered if damaged or lost) Sign on delivery

  • Express Post (no insurance) $14.95 - via Australia Post

  • Express Post with INSURANCE $15.95 - via Australia Post Express (covered if damaged or lost)

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flat Rate Postage $26 AUD, UP TO 2KG via Australia Post.  Excess charges may apply.  If this is the case we will make contact with you before your order is shipped.

​There is no tracking or insurance included so please contact us for pricing to include insurance and tracking for international.
